One decision we made was to hire Bray Construction to be our builder. Hansel Bray is someone we completely trust. He has built several things for us in the past and we have seen several homes he’s built and we were certain he was who we wanted to build our’s

We thought briefly about contracting our own project, but for several reasons we wanted Hansel to manage the project. First of all, we could not keep up with him when he was building our barn. Secondly, he has the relationships with vendors we do not. He is more likely to use the vendors again and again and they know this. They work harder to keep Hansel happy… us, not so much.

One of Hansel’s vendors we have been impressed with is Yoder’s. They are located up in Fairplay, SC and everyone we have interacted with has been helpful, friendly but more importantly, knowledgeable about their area of expertise.

Having a good overall supply company can make or break a project. In this instance, Yoder’s has been there for Hansel. If he’s had any problems with them, we don’t know about it and have not seen any issues thus far.

Currently, I give them two thumbs up.
